Saturday: An NRA First Step Pistol Orientation class will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Carolina Star Gun and Hunt Club, Windsor, S.C. This class is for beginner pistol shooters. SEPT. 1: A Fall Migration Walk will be held at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Enjoy a walk through the constructed wetlands and search for neo-tropical migrants as well as arriving summer residents. SEPT. 17-18: An archery only deer hunt will be held at Bussey Point in Lincoln County, Ga. The bag limit is two does and one quality buck each day of each hunt.
