● The Complete Game Baseball Holiday Camp will be held on Monday-Tuesday for grades 1-5. The camp will be from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and will focus on all areas of baseball. The cost is $75. Register online at www.completegamellc.com or at Complete Game.

● The Complete Game Baseball New Year Camp will be held on Thursday-Friday for ages 12-18. The camp will be from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and will focus on all areas of baseball. The camp cost is $75. You may register online at www.completegamellc.com.

● Fox Creek High School is playing host to a six-week baseball camp starting Jan. 5. Fox Creek head coach Wesley Brown will direct the program in conjunction with U.S. Baseball Academy. Classes are available for first through 12th grade and are limited to six players per coach. Space is limited and registration is under way. ● The Complete Game Baseball Spring Training will be held on Jan. 7-23 for grades 6-8. The camp will be from 5:15-6:45 p.m. for group one and 7-8 p.m. for group two. The camp cost is $125. You may register online at www.completegamellc.com or at Complete Game.

● The USC Aiken Extra Inning Bull Riding event is set for Jan. 18 at James Brown Arena. The Augusta Cutting Horse Futurity plays host to the event, which features top bull riders from around the country. Proceeds benefit the USC Aiken baseball team. Tickets will be available online at georgialinatix.com, by phone at (877) 4AUGTIX and at the Champion’s Box Office at James Brown Arena.

● The Augusta Baseball Umpire Association (ABUA) is recruiting high school baseball umpires for the coming season. ABUA will meet every Monday at 6 p.m., until the beginning of the season, in the library of Greenbrier Middle School. ● Registration is now open for “Introduction to Foil Fencing” classes at the Augusta Fencers Club. The ten-week course starts on Jan. 6, meeting for an hour once a week. The course cost is $180, all competitve equipment provided. For more information, call (706) 722-8878.

● The Complete Game Softball Hitting Clinic will be held Monday for ages 8-18. The camp costs $65. You can register online at www.completegamellc.com or at Complete Game.

● The CSRA Force fast-pitch travel softball organization will hold tryouts for its 14-and-under team with all positions open. Contact Kathy Guin at (706) 401-1820. The 12-and-under team will conduct individual tryouts.
