Receiver Julio Jones and outside linebacker Sean Weatherspoon are listed as questionable for the Atlanta Falcons’ game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Jones sprained his right ankle in last week’s loss at New Orleans and missed practice this week.

Weatherspoon hasn’t practiced in two weeks, but the Falcons (8-1) hope he can return on Sunday when Arizona (4-5) visits the Georgia Dome.

Running back Michael Turner (groin), defensive end John Abraham (back) and defensive tackle Vance Walker (ribs) are also listed as questionable. All three players practiced on Friday but were limited.

BEARS: Quarterback Jay Cutler will miss Monday’s game at San Francisco because of a concussion.

Veteran Jason Campbell will get the start.

EAGLES: Quarterback Michael Vick will miss Sunday’s game against the Washington Redskins because of the effects of a concussion.

Rookie Nick Foles, who replaced Vick during the 38-23 loss to Dallas on Sunday, and who practiced with the first team all week, will get his first NFL start in a battle of 3-6 teams fighting to save their seasons.

STEELERS: Running back Rashard Mendenhall says he has had no setbacks and is ready to return.

Because of an Achilles injury, Mendenhall has missed all four games of a winning streak that the Steelers carry into their showdown with the Baltimore Ravens.

REDSKINS: Receiver Pierre Garcon (toe) and safety Brandon Meriweather (knee) are expected to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

FINED: Referee Tony Corrente was fined one game check by the NFL for uttering some obscenities with his microphone on during a Nov. 4 game in Indianapolis between the Colts and Miami Dolphins.

In the fourth quarter of the game, Corrente inadvertently left his microphone open during a conference with members of the officiating crew. During that conference, Corrente used obscenities that were heard by the crowd and the CBS television audience.
