Baltimore nips New England on final play

Baltimore Ravens 31, New England Patriots 30

 

BALTIMORE - Justin Tucker kicked a 27-yard field goal as time expired to give the Baltimore Ravens a 31-30 victory over the New England Patriots on Sunday night.

New England (1-2) led 13-0 after the first quarter, but Baltimore roared back to take a 21-20 lead early in the third quarter.

New England went ahead 27-21 on Danny Woodhead 3-yard run with 6:52 to play in the third quarter.

Baltimore (2-1) cut it to 30-28 with 4:08 to play in the game on Torrey Smith’s 5-yard TD pass from Joe Flacco, who passed for 382 yards and three touchdowns.
