The Bengals signed former Falcons defensive end Jamaal Anderson on Saturday and agreed to another contract with defensive tackle Pat Sims, who had been an unrestricted free agent.

Anderson was Atlanta’s first-round pick in 2007. He played four seasons for the Falcons before moving to Indianapolis for last season. He started one game for the Colts and had three sacks overall.

Sims has spent his four seasons with Cincinnati, starting a total of 23 games. He played in the first 11 last season, including one start, before an ankle injury ended his season. He had 28 tackles and one sack.

The Bengals have lost defensive ends Jonathan Fanene (Patriots) and Frostee Rucker (Browns) during free agency.

BILLS: Running back Tashard Choice agreed to re-sign with the Buffalo Bills after being a late-season pickup last year.

The former Georgia Tech star had 23 carries for 70 yards, and added seven catches for 51 yards in six games with Buffalo. The Bills claimed him off waivers on Nov. 23 after starter Fred Jackson broke his right leg.

Choice is expected to compete for a reserve spot behind a fully recovered Jackson and C.J. Spiller, a Clemson standout.

Buffalo was Choice’s third team last season after he opened with Dallas before being waived, and was then claimed by Washington.

CARDINALS: Agreed to a two-year contract with kicker Jay Feely and re-signed offensive lineman D’Anthony Batiste to a one-year deal.

Batiste is a guard/tackle who has played in four games for Arizona over the past two seasons as a reserve offensive lineman and special teams player.

SEAHAWKS: Reached a deal with running back Kregg Lumpkin.

Seattle announced it had agreed to terms with the former Georgia running back, who spent the past two seasons with Tampa Bay.
