Hawks extend winning streak to five with victory over Clippers

ATLANTA — Jeff Teague had 19 points and 11 assists, Zaza Pachulia added 19 points and 12 rebounds, and the Atlanta Hawks won their fifth consecutive game with a 104-93 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night.

Blake Griffin scored 22 points and Chris Paul had 19 for the Clippers.

Lou Williams finished with 18 points and Josh Smith added 17 for Atlanta.

HEAT 110, CAVALIERS 108

In Miami, Ray Allen took a pass from LeBron James and made a 3-pointer with 18.2 seconds left, and Miami rallied from a seven-point deficit in the final 1:52 to beat Cleveland.

James finished with 30 points for the Heat, who remained perfect at home despite leading for only 2 minutes, 29 seconds.

THUNDER 116, 76ERS 109 (OT)

In Philadelphia, Kevin Durant scored 37 points, Russell Westbrook had 30 and Oklahoma City beat Philadelphia in overtime.

Serge Ibaka added 18 points for the defending Western Conference champions, who’ve won nine of 11 to go to 10-4.

Thad Young had a season-high 29 points and career-high 15 rebounds.

LAKERS 115, MAVERICKS 89

In Dallas, Metta World Peace hit three early 3-pointers to spark a Los Angeles barrage from long range, and the Lakers scored 36 points before Kobe Bryant took his first shot in a rout.

Bryant, the league’s leading scorer, finished with 19 once he did start shooting as the Lakers hit the century mark for the first time in four games under hobbled coach Mike D’Antoni.

BOBCATS 108, WIZARDS 106 (2OT)

In Washington, Byron Mullens scored 27 points, Ramon Sessions had 20 and Ben Gordon added 19 as Charlotte earned its seventh win of the season and kept Washington winless with a double-overtime victory.
