In Huntsville, Ala., Huntsville scored all its goals in the second period and went on to beat the Augusta RiverHawks 3-2 on Friday night in SPHL play.

The last-place Havoc led 3-1 after two periods. Augusta’s Shawn Skelly scored at the 18:55 mark to cut it to 3-2, which is how it ended.

Chad Ziegler had Augusta’s other goal, which gave Augusta a 1-0 lead in the first period.

Augusta’s BJ O’Brien went the distance in goal, making 29 saves.

Augusta (4-11-3), which had won three of its previous four games before the loss, is at Knoxville  on Saturday night.
