WARRENTON, Ga. — Ruben Garnett scored three touchdowns – all in the first quarter – as unbeaten Aquinas put away Warren County early.

The Irish (8-0) exploded for 28 first-quarter points against winless Warren County (0-8).

Garnett scored on touchdowns runs of 33 and 16 yards and also caught a 30-yard pass from Liam Welch in the opening period.

John Morris had the other Irish first-quarter score, on an 8-yard run.
