WHAT THEY’RE SAYING: “I had her batting eighth or ninth, but (Wednesday) I moved her up to the No. 2 hole, and it looks like that’s where she’ll be staying now. Courtney is a good bunter. She showed she can hit the ball, too.” – Coach Lisa White

WHAT SHE SAID: “We’re doing good. We lost seven seniors from last year, so we’re trying to make it work with what we have. We have a really good team. Back to back games really puts pressure on you, so you have to keep pushing yourself to do better.”
