Solid Football Team

The Curtis Coaching staff and kids have put the most solid team together that I recall seeing here.

Their scrappy defense came through in the red zone or Westminster would have scored two more TD's in the second quarter. As a result, their 7-0 lead in the first half almost held up the whole game.

Having a TD called back for holding in the 3rd, along with several other drive-killing penalties finally were too much to overcome. In a game that could have gone either way Curtis blocked and tackled well enough to win.

This Crusader team has the makings of something special. It was really fun watching them play football!

Good coaching and kids that have a passion for the game, it all makes a difference. Clean up the penalties some and the Crusaders should have a lot for us to cheer about this year!
