McCormick rolls to semifinal victory over Hunter-Kinard-Tyler

MCCORMICK 34, HUNTER-KINARD-TYLER 18

In McCormick, S.C. , McCormick jumped off a big lead and cruised to victory over Hunter-Kinard-Tyler in the semifinals of the Class A Division playoffs.

McCormick led 34-0 in the third quarter.

Rontavious Morton rushed for 162 yards and had a 45 yard TD run for the Chiefs, who are 11-2.

McCormick will play the Lake View-Cross winner this Friday at 3 p.m., at Benedict College in Columbia for the state title.
