Augusta's Ryan Lollis dives back to first base to avoid getting picked off. Sunday's game at Lake Olmstead Stadium was suspended in the bottom of the fifth inning, with Asheville leading 3-2.

After the completion of the postponed game, the two teams will wrap up the series with a seven-inning game later in the day.

The start of Sunday's game was delayed almost a half-hour by rain. The GreenJackets, winners of three of their past four games, fell behind early after starter Chris Heston gave up a pair of first-inning runs on four consecutive singles.

Augusta's Chris Dominguez and Luke Anders drove in runs in the bottom of the third to tie the game, but a fielding error by Dominguez in the top of the fourth allowed Asheville to reclaim the lead.
