Alabama Crimson Tide in lead at NCAA Golf Championship

Thanks to Cory Whitsett’s 3-under-par 68 today, Alabama is in the clubhouse lead at the NCAA Division I Championships at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif.

The Crimson Tide posted 3-over-par 287 and is in the lead at 4-over-over 572 through two rounds. The final round of stroke play will be held Thursday.

Alabama holds a four-shot lead over UCLA, nine over North Florida and 13 over No. 1 Texas. Georgia just began its second round.
