*Tulsa brings 8-0 record into SEC country*

(18) Tulsa (8-0) at Arkansas (3-5), 2:00 pm EDT

FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas (Ticker) -- Tulsa will bring its top-ranked offense in front of over 50,000 Southeastern Conference fans this Saturday.

The 18th-ranked Golden Hurricane seek their first 9-0 start since 1942 when they visit War Memorial Stadium to play Arkansas.

It marks Tulsa's only contest against a BCS conference team this season.

The Golden Hurricane lead the nation with 605.6 yards and 55.6 points per game this season. Tulsa's offense was held in check for the first half Sunday night, but it wasn't enough to stop the undefeated season.

David Johnson threw for 265 yards and scored two of his team's six rushing touchdowns as Tulsa rallied from a halftime deficit to blow past Central Florida, 49-19, on Sunday.

Johnson has enjoyed a remarkable statistical season, passing for 2,661 yards and an FBS-leading 32 touchdowns with nine interceptions. His 205.34 passer rating also is the best in the nation.

Damaris Johnson totaled two touchdowns and Courtney Tennial also scored twice Sunday for the Golden Hurricane, who have not defeated a BCS conference team since 1998.

The Knights did well to slow down the Golden Hurricane in the first half, as UCF took a 19-14 lead into the locker room. But Tulsa took control after intermission, scoring a touchdown on all three of its possessions in the third quarter.

The Razorbacks have lost five of their last six games. Casey Dick tossed two touchdowns with an interception last Saturday as Arkansas suffered a 23-21 loss to Mississippi.

The loss gave Mississippi coach Houston Nutt a win over his former team. Nutt was fired by Arkansas at the end of last season after 10 years as coach in Fayetteville.
