*Virginia tries to play spoiler again at Georgia Tech*

Virginia (4-3) at (21) Georgia Tech (6-1), 3:30 pm EDT

ATLANTA (Ticker) -- Virginia took down the 21st-ranked team last weekend. Can it happen again?

The Cavaliers seek their fourth consecutive victory Saturday when they visit No. 21 Georgia Tech in an Atlantic Coast Conference clash.

Virginia found its offense just in time last Saturday, scoring a late touchdown in the fourth quarter and another in overtime for a 16-13 victory over then-No. 21 North Carolina.

Cedric Peerman scored on a pair of 2-yard TD runs, one with 47 seconds left in the fourth quarter and the second on the Cavaliers' first possession in overtime.

Virginia (4-3, 2-1 ACC Coastal) won all three games on its homestand after it looked like its season was going to go off the rails following consecutive blowout losses to Connecticut and Duke.

The Cavaliers responded with a shutout win over Maryland and a victory over East Carolina.

The Yellow Jackets (6-1, 3-1) will enter this one with a four-game winning streak and a triple-option attack that often has confused opposing defenses.

Josh Nesbitt passed for one touchdown and rushed for another as Georgia Tech defeated Clemson, 21-17, last week. Nesbitt gave the Yellow Jackets the lead with 5:22 to play, delivering a 24-yard TD pass to Demaryius Thomas.

Nesbitt, who finished with 97 passing yards and added 77 yards on the ground, has done an outstanding job adjusting to coach Paul Johnson's option scheme. He has passed for 360 yards and two scores, while rushing for 367 yards and five TDs this season.
