In Albany, Ga., Ashley Watts scored 22 points and the surging Paine women rolled to a 72-62 win over Albany State.

The former Butler standout, coming off a 39-point performance in a win over Fort Valley State on Saturday, made three 3-pointers as the Lady Lions won for the sixth time in seven games.

Kiara Farley had 19 points, Ariel Brown added 15 and Lashonda Canty chipped in with 10 for Paine (8-9, 6-2 SIAC).

April Thomas, the reigning SIAC Player of the Week, had 17 points to lead the Lady Rams (6-9, 4-4). Kedeemya Cooper added 11.
