At Forest Hills Golf Club, the Augusta State women cut 11 shots off their first-round score and moved up three spots in the standings after the second round of the Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate.

The Jaguars have been led by Natalie Wille, who is leading the medalist race. She has shot 70-72–142 and is one shot up on Vanderbilt’s Jenny Hahn (70-73) heading into today’s final round.

The Lady Jaguars shot 6-over-par 294 on Saturday and are now in fourth place, 16 shots behind front-running Vanderbilt (293 on Saturday).

On Saturday, Augusta State counted 71 by Christine Duschek-Hansen, 72 by Wille, 74 by Casey Kennedy and 77 by Marit Bjerke. Stephanie Bennett’s 78 was the non-counting score.

Three Lady Jaguars are in the top 20 individually, headed by Wille. Kennedy (76-74–150) is tied for 18th place and Duschek-Hansen (80-71–151) is tied for 20th place.
