Augusta State and USC Aiken won their women’s basketball games on Thursday night, setting up a clash of top-25 teams on Saturday.

Augusta State, which cracked the top 25 in the NCAA Division II poll earlier this week, beat Armstrong Atlantic 66-47 in Savannah, Ga. The Lady Jaguars are ranked 24th in the poll.

USC Aiken, No. 6 in the poll, beat Flagler 65-40 in Aiken.

Augusta State plays host to USC Aiken at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

In Thursday’s game, the Lady Jaguars (15-2, 8-2 PBC) got 14 points, six rebounds and three steals from Becky Newhouse. Brittany White had 13 points, six rebounds and four assists.

In USC Aiken’s victory over Flagler, Mackenzie Reese came off the bench to lead the Pacers (16-2, 9-2 PBC) with 11 points in 21 minutes of action. Brittany Hill added 11 and Porsha Martin had 10 rebounds.
