MANHATTAN, Kan. — Mariah White fought through traffic and banked in a runner with 1.6 seconds left in overtime to lift Kansas State over No. 8 Texas A&M 71-69 on Wednesday night.

Brittany Chambers scored 21 points for the Wildcats (10-3, 1-0 Big 12).

Tyra White scored 17 points for the Aggies (9-3).

NO. 1 BAYLOR 90,

MISSOURI 46

In Waco, Texas, Odyssey Sims scored 22 points and Brittney Griner had 14 points and nine blocks to lead top-ranked Baylor (10-2) in the Big 12 opener for both teams.

Griner also had eight rebounds for Baylor, which is 14-0 for the first time in school history.

NO. 2 CONNECTICUT 79,

In Hartford, Conn., Bria Harley scored 18 points and Connecticut (12-1, 2-0 Big East) beat West Virginia (10-4, 1-1) to extend its NCAA-record home winning streak to 93 games.

NO. 3 NOTRE DAME 74,

SETON HALL 36

In South Orange, N.J., Skylar Diggins scored 14 points and Notre Dame (14-1, 2-0 Big East) cruised past Seton Hall (7-9, 0-2) for its 11th consecutive victory.

The Irish, who lead the nation in scoring, came in averaging over 100 points in their previous four games.

NO. 13 TEXAS TECH 58, OKLAHOMA STATE 53

In Lubbock, Texas, Kierra Mallard had 19 points and 11 rebounds to help Texas Tech(13-0) remain undefeated with a win over Oklahoma State (8-2) in the Big 12 opener for both teams.
