ATHENS, Ga. — Gerald Robinson scored 15 points and Georgia hit 10 of 15 free throws in the final 3:15 to hold off Bowling Green 63-54 Sunday in the Progressive CBE Classic.
Georgia’s last field goal came with 4:45 to play when Kentavious Caldwell-Pope drove the baseline and made a free throw that gave the Bulldogs (2-0) a 53-43 lead.
Dee Brown led the Falcons (1-1) with 15 points.
