Six-run seventh sparks GreenJackets

SAVANNAH, Ga.— Matthew Duffy doubled in two runs to highlight a six-run seventh inning, and the Augusta GreenJackets held on to beat the Savannah Sand Gnats 6-5 on Monday night in the opener of a three-game series.

Brandon Farley got the win, despite allowing two earned runs in 1⅔ innings. Stephen Johnson pitched a scoreless ninth to earn his second save.
