Entry fee $125 per two-man team. Includes big fish pot. One place for every 10 boats. Hours safe light until 3 p.m. Rules, regulations and boat draw will be held Oct. 26 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 at The Tackle Shop, or at the ramp on tournament morning. All tournaments are on Thurmond Lake out of Wildwood Park. Schedule for 2017: May 21, June 4, July 9. Division championship Sept. 9-10. Entry fees: Division qualifier, $75 (includes big fish pot). Divisional Championship $150 (includes big fish pot). Tournament hours are safe light to 3 p.m. American Bass Anglers is the largest tournament trail for the weekend angler, with more than 116 districts offering more than 1,000 tournaments throughout the nation. Membership is open to anyone 16 years old and over, but is closed to professional fishermen and professional guides. Those under 18 must have their parents’ consent. Tournaments will be limited to the first 20 boats and are open to all ID cardholders and the public with a Fort Gordon fishing license guest permit.

Entry fee is $10 per Fort Gordon Sportsman Club member, $20 per non-member, with an optional $5 big fish pot, with a guaranteed $100 for first place and $50 for second place. Registration is with the club prior to the tournament or 30 minutes before the event’s start. State licenses and Fort Gordon fishing permits required.
