In Columbus, Ga., Greenbrier and Harlem lost their openers in the State Softball Tournament and must win Friday to stay alive in their respective double elimination tournaments.
Greenbrier lost 7-1 to Pope in Class AAAAA. The Lady Wolfpack will take on Northgate at 1 p.m. today in the losers bracket.
In the Class AA tournament, Harlem was blanked 6-0 by Dade County. The Lady Bulldogs take on Jeff Davis at 9 a.m. today in their losers bracket game.
