Clark Hill Committee and Columbia County guarantee first place prize of $5,000. Entry fee is $100 plus $10 big fish pot fee (two big fish pots available). If neither team member is associated with Clark Hill Committee, $50 additional fee. Tournament hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pre-registration will be held at Fairway Ford in Evans on May 7 from 5-7 p.m. Drawing for boat positions starts at 7. The event is free, with food, games and other activities. Last year’s event drew 400 children, according to organizer Ron Brown. Pre-registration will be held Saturday from noon to 3 p.m., at Academy Sports & Outdoors in Evans.
