ATHENS, Ga. — Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 25 points and Georgia recovered after losing an 11-point lead to beat Tennessee 78-68 on Saturday, ending the Vols’ six-game winning streak.
Tennessee (17-11, 9-7 Southeastern Conference) suffered its first loss since losing to the Bulldogs 68-62 on Feb. 6. Jordan McRae scored 35 points and hit eight 3-pointers
to lead the Vols.
Charles Mann added 18 points for Georgia (14-15, 8-8), which took its first regular-season sweep of the Vols since 2001.

In Gainesville, Fla., Casey Prather had 10 points and nine rebounds, most of them in the second half, and Florida (23-5, 13-3) rallied from an eight-point deficit to beat Alabama (19-10, 11-5).
