Jasmine Judge sets conference record

Lander’s Jasmine Judge. Kudos to the former Hephzibah standout for reaching the 1,000-point milestone and becoming the Peach Belt Conference’s new career 3-point record holder earlier this month.

USC Aiken center Alvin Brown. Huge disappointment that the league’s top defensive player didn’t make his grades in the fall and is academically ineligible. Brown’s a good guy and an even better player. Here’s hoping he refocuses his commitment to getting a degree and makes basketball his second priority.
