Details: Convert the 5th Street bridge to a bicycle/pedestrian path that links downtown Augusta with Hamburg, create a fishing center on the Hamburg Brick Pond, install 200 riverfront residential units, create some retail space, incorporate the residential and retail development on the old Coca-Cola bottling plant and former Watermark sites on Reynolds Street
