The Big Idea: Revitalize three blocks of Broad Street between 10th and 13th Street into a unique urban village

Cost: $150 million private, $50 million public

Details: Redevelop center median of Broad Street to accommodate restaurants and retail, convert Ellis Street into parking, convert historic buildings into retail and condominiums, build Jones Street grocery store and parking deck

Time: 5 to 20 years

Champions: A collaboration of government and businesses
