Karen Aaronson stands beside the stump of an oak tree that fell in her yard at 12:07 a.m. on Wednesday during a severe thunderstorm, knocking down power lines and damaging a neighbor's car, off Eisenhower Drive in Augusta, Ga., on June 11, 2014. The oak, which Aaronson said was estimated at more than 150 years old, is the third tree to fall in her yard due to storms in the last several years. She has kept the stumps from the other two trees for decoration and to serve as a reminder of the money spent on chopping, hauling and removing the felled trees. She plans to do the same with this tree's stump. "I want to look out my window and see where that ,500 went," Aaronson said. "I've got to laugh about it. If not, you're going to cry."
