Tyson Keslar, owner of the Augusta-based T.K. Property Maintenance, cuts limbs at a home on Walton Way on Friday, Feb. 14, 2014. Keslar, who started the full-service outdoor property maintenance business in Pittsburgh, Pa., before recently moving to Augusta, said he began receiving phone calls Thursday evening. "I imagine it's going to be my primary source of income the next few weeks." Keslar bought 2 new chainsaws on Thursday and said the Home Depot and Lowe's locations he went to were sold out before lunch on Thursday. "I went to Harry's [Equipment Center] and bought the last they had. There were 20 men in line in front of me with chainsaws," Keslar said. "The only time I've seen something like this is when I lived in Massachusetts," Keslar said of the damage caused by the ice storm. Keslar said he maintains 22 properties for one manager and expects more business in the coming weeks. "I hope my phone keeps ringing," he said. JON-MICHAEL SULLIVANSTAFF
