Capitol Answers?
WASHINGTON -- Authorities will try to determine why a woman motorist terrorized the area around the Capitol on Thursday before being fatally shot by police.
Officials identified the female driver as 34-year-old Miriam Carey, of Stamford, Conn. She was traveling with a 1-year-old girl who avoided serious injury and was in protective custody late Thursday.
Carey's mother, Idella Carey, said her daughter had been suffering post-partum depression since having her daughter last August.

Illegals To Get California Driver Licenses

The bill adds California to the growing list of states allowing immigrants in the country illegally to obtain driver licenses.

* Georgia Highway 4 southbound outside lane at the Interstate 520 overpass; single lane closure.
* Georgia Highway 4 northbound alternating outside and inside lanes from Kipling Road to Augusta Tech Drive; single lane closure.
Flagmen may be used for this work. Motorists are asked to use caution, reduce their speed and be alert to changing traffic conditions in work zones.
