Tennessee Church Bush Crash Kills 8
DANDRIDGE, Tenn. — A bus taking a church group home to North Carolina blew a tire, veered across an east Tennessee highway median and crashed into a sport utility vehicle and tractor-trailer Wednesday in a fiery wreck that killed eight people, authorities said.

Speed Limit 80?
Utah is increasing the speed limit to 80 mph on several stretches of highways around the state.
The change was spurred by a Utah Department of Transportation study that found that fewer crashes occurred on the existing stretches of highway with 80 mph speed limits.

Single-lane closures are planned this week from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Friday

* Wrightsboro Road, between Belair Road and Maddox Road; single lane closure for utility work
* Georgia Highway 4 southbound outside lane at the Interstate 520 overpass; single lane closure.
* Georgia Highway 4 northbound alternating outside and inside lanes from Kipling Road to Augusta Tech Drive; single lane closure.
Flagmen may be used for this work. Motorists are asked to use caution, reduce their speed and be alert to changing traffic conditions in work zones.
