* Georgia Highway 4 northbound alternating outside and inside lanes from Kipling Road to Augusta Tech Drive; single lane closure.

Flagmen may be used for this work. Motorists are asked to use caution, reduce their speed and be alert to changing traffic conditions in work zones.

NEW YORK — A doctor holds an infant, the result of a 30-year-old infertile woman giving birth after surgeons removed her ovaries and re-implanted tissue they treated in a lab.

The experimental technique was only tried in a small group of Japanese women with a specific kind of infertility problem, but scientists hope it can also help women in their early 40s who have trouble getting pregnant because of their age.
