BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- De'Marquise Elkins stands with his lawyers as he is sentenced Thursday. Elkins was convicted of fatally shooting a baby in a stroller. The child's grieving mother asked the judge to punish the gunman for taking "the love of my life."

Molasses Spill
John Hernandez of Hawaii describes the effect of the spilled molasses will have on the marine like in Honolulu Harbor. A pipe cracked and leaked about 233,000 gallons of molasses into the harbor. The molasses spill is being blamed for the killing of marine life.
