Media simultaneously savaged Sarah Palin, protected Barack Obama

  • Follow Opinion columns

Sarah Palin was the only major party candidate on the 2008 ballot with executive experience.

Palin was the chief executive of a state canvassing more than 586,000 square miles -- Texas has 269,000 -- that borders Canada and Russia, with a budget of $6.6 billion. Approximately 85 percent of Alaska's budget hinges on oil production. Her resume includes being chairwoman of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.

Soon after becoming governor, Palin sold the state's private jet for $2.1 million that her predecessor purchased and billed Alaskans for. She defeated that sitting Republican governor in a primary.

Palin used the line-item veto to quash $260 million of Alaska's proposed budget for capital projects -- pork -- to which the Anchorage Daily News said, the cuts "may be the biggest single-year line-item veto total in state history."

The media never reported her stewardship. It did, however, deploy a brigade of investigators to Alaska to search for proverbial dirt, finding none. They attempted to create a national controversy over the origins of her campaign clothing. The Republican national Committee purchased designer clothes for her since she is neither ostentatious nor vain, and did not possess $600 shoes or $2,500 dresses as Jill Biden and Michelle Obama have long demanded.

PALIN'S WARDROBE was more vital to the selection of the free world's leader than the Democratic nominee's history and close personal relationship with Bill Ayers, Larry Sinclair, Donald Young, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, and others that the media spun away, if reported at all.

President Obama lived part of his life as Barry Soetoro, and reportedly used more than a dozen Social Security numbers. Obama claims to have been born in Hawaii of two U.S. citizens -- we know they were not -- but has refused to prove he is a natural-born citizen.

He and his campaign has spent approximately $2 million fighting to keep this matter out of court. But Palin's clothing and foreign policy experience took center stage.

For a certified copy of vital records, according to the Hawaii State Department of Health, one must submit an application and pay "$10 for the first copy of each certificate, and $4 for each additional copy of the same certificate ordered at the same time."

Granted, spending $2 million and counting, vs. filling out an application and cutting a check for $10, may seem normal for Democrats. But the media harangues the Palins to this day, yet refuses to report truth regarding Obama.

Moreover, three years of Obama's life are unaccounted for. The media fix was in from day one. For confirmation, compare the media's treatment of an executive seeking the office of vice president to its treatment of a U.S. senator of 138 days seeking the office of president.

The horrible shootings in Arizona prompted the media and others to literally blame Palin for an unstable individual's actions. Soon after that tragedy, on Jan. 23, the Missoula Children's Theater in Montana was performing The Mikado . The director added a scene calling for Palin's beheading.

I once thought that the media has a seething hatred for this woman. Now I am convinced that those who are obsessed with her demise are afraid of her resolve and character, which causes her to be a positive role model.

PALIN HAS A STRONG executive record of nonpartisan governance and doing what she believed to be right, from which Alaska benefitted, thereby making her a threat to those who make their living and receive gratification by controlling others.

She has endured some of the most heinous media attacks in history, and I ask: Why? What has she done to warrant any of it? Who in all of recorded history has received such unwarranted or warranted venomous attacks? Eliot Spitzer gets a television program. Jim McGreevey is forgotten. Ted Kennedy is idolized. Sarah Palin? Demonized. What is the media's true objective?

Media reports labeled her "unqualified." This mother of five, bottom line, is a tough-as-nails, no-nonsense, commonsense American who has governed honorably America's largest state.

Palin hunts and brings food home, and with four generations of Heaths and Palins, prepares the bounty for storage.

Palin is pro-life, and proved it when she did not murder her unborn son via an abortion after doctors claimed he has Down syndrome. She walks her talk, and the Sarah Palins of the world rely on themselves, not government programs, and their happiness and prosperity is not mandated by Washington, D.C.

She is a strong woman with convictions and a belief in the U.S. Constitution, and the American will and spirit of the Founders that cannot, and will not, be broken -- regardless of what the bitter media sends her way.

Anybody repeat any body that

Anybody repeat any body that tried to bring Obama into any kind of accounting on his beliefs etc was villified by the press. Joe the Plumber was attacked, his private records open to the press (the person that did it was convicted in court) etc. Palin had her Emails hacked and posted, her life was inspected with a microscope and any little thing to tarnish her was brought up. How much do you know about Rezko? My favorite joke was how do you get 10,000 reporters to Alaska? Tell them there might be a scandal about Palin. How do you get 10,000 reporters out of Chicago? Tell them there IS a scandal about Obama! LOL

All Obama has to do to put

All Obama has to do to put this matter to rest once and for all, is fill out an application and send in a check for $10 - why spend $2,000,000 and counting to keep this out of a court of law? I may do it for him.

Check this out...and

Check this out...and remember, Obama has REFUSED to demonstrate that he is a natural-born US citizen, something that will cost $10.00 to prove. However, he spent $2,000,000 fighting against it. Why? Because he is not who he claims to be.

Is the paternity of Barack Hussein Obama the key to his downfall?

(Jan. 24, 2011) — As heavily invested as some people are in the myth of Obama’s nativity, there is one thing that they absolutely cannot deny, and that is that “Barack Hussein Obama II” looks absolutely nothing like Barack Hussein Obama, Senior. There is not even a hint of a family resemblance between them. That alone should convince skeptics that something is seriously awry with the myths Obama and his sycophants want us to buy into.

Instead, “Barack Obama” looks like no one so much as Malcolm Little, a/k/a El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, a/k/a Malcolm X. People have been pointing this out for years, and it continues to be repeated because the truth of it is so obvious to anyone who simply looks at the pictures. They share the same eyes, the same chin, the same high forehead, and so on, and so on. This story includes a great picture of Obama morphing into Malcolm X.

But there is another man he resembles, another man who has also been suspected of being his father, and that man is Stanley Armour Dunham. What makes this mysterious and downright inexplicable, if you believe the official Obama narrative, is how these masculine traits could have been passed down two generations, through a daughter/mother.

Stanley Dunham was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, to Ralph Waldo Emerson Dunham, Sr., a traveling salesman, and Ruth Lucille Armour, a homemaker and seamstress. In 1926, when he was only eight, young Stanley discovered the dead body of his mother. She had committed suicide. Unable to care for his sons while he was on the road, Ralph Dunham abandoned his family and sent Stanley and his brother to live with their grandparents.

Meanwhile, Malcolm X, née Little, was born on May 19, 1925, not in Chicago or New York City, but in Omaha, Nebraska, a mere afternoon’s drive from the Dunham homestead.

Why is this important? You won’t find much mention of it anymore, but I believe Ruth Dunham’s suicide was the direct result of learning about her husband’s infidelities on the road, and worse yet, that he had recently fathered an illegitimate interracial child out of one of those trysts. Even in his book, “Dreams From My Father,” Obama admitted to his great-grandfather’s “philandering” ways.

Could Malcolm Little be that child? He was born just a year before Ruth’s suicide. There is no birth certificate to confirm the other details of his birth, but the time fits, the location fits, and the facts of Stanley’s young life fit, too. It explains how years later, Stanley would make the connections that would cause him to meet and become friends with Frank Marshall Davis. And more importantly, it explains how and why teenage Ann Dunham would happen to come into contact with the adult Malcolm X during her summer in Chicago in 1960. She was being shown around by her “Uncle Malcolm.” He served as her guide to new experiences, both in public…and in private.

When a pregnant Ann returned to Hawaii, she had a big problem. To even acknowledge her child’s true father would be to condemn him to the stained reputation of being a child of incest, not to mention exposing Malcolm, a prominent national figure, to criminal charges. At 17, Ann was already a leftist, and she did not want to see one of her civil rights heroes destroyed by her own youthful foolishness. Abortion was years away from being a legal option.

So in her first year at college, Ann sought to find a new man she could claim to have fathered her unborn child to spare him the indignity of his true heritage. It so happened that one of the few black students at the University of Honolulu, an exchange student from Kenya, was in her Russian class. She befriended him and, when the time was ripe, explained to him what she wanted him to do. They would have a shotgun wedding, he would pretend to be the father of her baby, and with his only job done, he would be free to go on about his life and leave Hawaii.

This explains every single fact we know about the odd relationship between Ann and Barack Sr.: the sudden and unceremonious wedding and their curious living arrangements, never sharing a home, while Ann continued to live with her parents. There were Barack Sr.’s willingness to marry despite having a wife in Kenya, and Ann’s willingness to knowingly take a husband who was already married as well as Ann’s prompt move to Washington and the missing divorce page. Perhaps most notable of all was Ann’s totally unfazed reaction to her husband’s decision to leave Hawaii and never return, combined with her lack of expectation that he contribute at all to his “son”’s life or welfare. Barack Obama, Sr. was just a means to an end of sparing her son the horrible truth of his origins, and he was nothing more to her.

Why, then, would she need to travel overseas for her son’s birth? A trip to Kenya (if that is indeed where she went) could still benefit her. For starters, it would help to sell the story that Barack Sr. was the father. But more importantly, a summer spent in Kenya would help to hide when the baby was actually born. She couldn’t explain how she got pregnant with Barack’s baby before she started class with him, but she could lie about when the baby was born, and push that date later by a couple of months. She knew this would create problems for her son’s U.S. citizenship, but the alternative was worse.

This may be why no one has been successful in locating a record of his birth in Kenya. They’re all looking at the wrong time. They’re looking at births in August, when they should be looking at July, June, or even May. And who’s to say that Ann would have used the same name there? It would have been all too easy to use the real father’s name on the paperwork. No one would ever think to look for birth records of Barry Little. And they haven’t been.

This also confirms one of Wayne Madsen’s early reports about evidence uncovered about Ann. He reported that there were photos of Ann in July 1961, on the beach and not looking pregnant at all. But having not seen the photos yet, Madsen got some of the details wrong. She’s not pregnant because she’s already given birth. And the beach she’s standing on? Mombasa, a popular travel destination for its beaches.

Ann then returns to Hawaii in early August 1961, and although the federal government may or may not have a record of her returning with a new child (which we cannot see, because those records of hers were supposedly destroyed), the family reports a home birth in Hawaii for that date. So a Certification is issued, and a birth appears in the state’s index data and in the newspaper announcements. And it looks to all the world like “Barack Hussein Obama II” was the son of an African foreign exchange student, born in August 1961.

Malcolm X died in 1965, the same year that Obama Sr. returned to Kenya. The senior Obama returned to Hawaii only once, in 1971, after his “son” returned from Indonesia, and we can only speculate as to what the real purpose of that visit was. To tie up some loose ends of their fraud, perhaps? Or maybe it was just pure extortion.

This could easily be the secret “Obama” is trying to hide by burying his original long-form. The redacted COLB is missing the information that would blow open this fraud, but the long-form will expose it to the world. That is why we must never stop fighting to see it and make it public so his house of cards can start tumbling down.

We may argue about whether

We may argue about whether Obama was born in the U.S. or not, but one thing the discussion does is create doubt among independents. That's going to hurt him at the polls. Agree? Personally, I say the whole law about being a natural born American is cloudy and where he was born really doesn't matter.

His only way to combat it is to say the whole thing is ridiculous since he obviously can't find a doctor or nurse who was present at his birth in Hawaii.

I sure hope our next

I sure hope our next president is born in the United States or at US military hospital abroad, of two parents who are both American citizens, grows up and attends school in America, goes to college and runs for president using the name he was given at birth, uses only one social security number, and doesn't claim foreign citizenships just to get grants and scholarships. I would certainly prefer that they not have been raised and educated abroad as a muslim in their formative years and enthralled by commusnists and socialists professors during their secondary education. The questions about Obama will never go away and never be answered to everyone's satisfaction. Let's just make sure his replacement in January 2013 doesn't have a background that raises so many questions.

Retired Army, I know what the

Retired Army, I know what the law about COLB in Hawaii state. I know a lot about the corrupt Chicago politics Obama was involved in from Rezko to Blajovich. I know many of the theories about his origins. I do know Obama was adopted by Lolo Satoro and became an Indonesian citizen. I know that there is a report that Ayers says he wrote Dreams of My Father. I know that the girl Obama discribes in the book fits Williams Ayres girl friend that died in the bomb explosion in New York. I know Rezko is a corrupt Chicago politician democratic money man who left teneants in freezing conditions in thier apartments that he owned while he donated $200,000 to Obama's campaign. I know Rezko was in on part of the deal when Obama bought his house in Chicago. I really don't know the "truth about Obama's parent's etc". It would be nice for the press to look into it huh?

She was all against the

She was all against the non-existant Death Panels until it was pointed out to her unlimited Medicare spending would mean higher taxes, more government, and far more government spending- which she actively campaigns against, and so she was contradicting herself.

Then she admitted that they didn't exist.

She lost her credibility. However, if people want to support her, that's fine, but the longer she goes on, the more her ratings drop.

I don't view her as a viable candidate at this point.

Obama has thoroughly hidden

Obama has thoroughly hidden his tracks about all aspects of his life other than what has been written in his two memoirs (!). Want more evidence? From NBC News, November 9, 2007, back when the MSM was still firmly in the corner of the projected presumptive Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton (bold mine):

JOHNSTON, IA -- [Senator] Obama said that he didn't know where his papers from his eight years in the Illinois State House were at a press conference in Johnston, Iowa, this morning after he taped an appearance on Iowa Press.

When asked about why he hadn't released his papers, Obama said that he had only one staff person assigned to him during his years in the senate and simply did not have the resources to keep archival records.

"I don't have archivists in the state senate," he said. "I don't have the Barack Obama state senate library available to me. I do not have a whole bunch of records from those years."

Obama had been asked the question by Lynn Sweet of the Chicago Sun-Times, who pressed the senator on the question, saying that she wasn't requesting specific papers. Instead, she just wanted to know where the papers were.

"You know I'm not certain, Lynn," Obama said. "I didn't have the resources to ensure that all this stuff was archived in some way; it could have been thrown out. I haven't been in the state senate now for some time. I'm not sure, Lynn. I don't know."

Hey Dichotomy, may I point

Hey Dichotomy, may I point out to you that most married women don't use the name they were given at birth?

My husband doesn't go by his legal first name, as many people do. So is that a problem?

And dichotomy, would you like to talk about Gerald Ford and Bill Clinton, both of which did not go by their legal birth names?

The article was showing how

The article was showing how biased the MSM was against Sarah who has proven herself in Public office and for Obama the Community Organiser who voted present while elected in the State of Illinois and used his senate office to run for President.

The Liberals want to bring up the birther argument to deflect and try to say this article is wrong but as usual they are wrong. Most people believe that Obama was born in Hawaii but are confused as to why he has spent all this money or why he just does not clear this problem which adds to the controversy.

The best explanation that I have heard and I believe is the reason is that in 1961 when Obama was born having a black father and a white mother the actual birth certificate would of listed him as white.

Would a white politician having Obama's credentials been elected President? I would of never voted for him but then again I would never vote for liberals no matter what race they are, I try to look at people based on who they are not by race like the average progressive.

Now Obama is not your average progressive he uses race, just like his preacher and the rest of his ilk. Obama let his mask drop when he went after the policeman who arrested Henry Gates. So this is my best explanation on Obama and his birth certificate. Does anyone know why Obama has hidden everything else in his past. What a country when you can get elected President while being able hide everything in the past.

Corgimom.....you will notice

Corgimom.....you will notice I said "I hope that". I did not say that nobody ever changes a name. I was merely saying that I hope that our next one has a traceable history and a citizenship that is absolutley unquestionable. This one has more holes in his pedigree than a swiss cheese.

Sure does...but the horse

Sure does...but the horse ain't dead. When Obama proves where he was born and to whom, then will the horse be deceased. And all it will take is for Barry Soetoro to fill out an online application and render payment of 10 (ten) USD (US Dollars). Why won't he? Why spend in excess of 2,000,000 USD to fight against proving it?

LBenedict: Too answer your

LBenedict: Too answer your last question. Because thats what liberals do. Democrats would rather spend millions to hide the truth and they do. This is how they are able to get liberal candidates elected.

The hardest thing here in good ol Augusta/Richmond County to do is argue with one of our liberal/democrats who are elected to office or even the people who support them. The reason for that is simple. It is hard to argue with someone when you dont know which side of their face will be talking next.

. . . More of the same conseravative dribble that The Chronicle feeds off of. Mr. Benedict failed to mention that Sarah Palin is also a bible thumping young-earth creationist. But then again, so is Mr. Benedict. His alama mater, Liberty University (a farce of a university if there ever was one), claims to have dinosaur bones in their "museum" that are less than 4,000 years old. How embarrassing!

If the "unbiased" media had

If the "unbiased" media had spent one small fraction of the time investigating the sorry record of Barack Obama( in comparison to the enormous amount of time it spent examining Palin's garbage dumpster)he would not be President of the US today...Obama quit on every "job"he ever had-from community organizer to state rep. to Senator to President,he left for the next rung up the ladder, never accomplishing much but using his silver tongue for the next con.Palin had little choice to leave the governorship considering that she and her family were about to go bankrupt from the financial burden of defending herself from each new bogus "ethics' charge. Is she perfect?No...but she would be FAR better than the increasingly authoritarian, economically illiterate,ever-vacationing,hypocritical far-left loon in the White House now.Kudos to Mr.Benedict for a fine editorial response to the deranged Palin-haters out there...

I know that I am a little

I know that I am a little late to this enthralling discussion, especially since I was bogged down for over an hour reading all of the prior comments, but I would like to bring a refreshing angle to this tryst. To all those who have criticized the Chronicle on this message board, myself included, I feel obliged to commend them in this instance. This completely polarizing editorial has produced 80+ comments in a little over 12 hours. Now, I do not believe this is a record, but it is not too shabby either. And all of our comments and constant clicking of the refresh button are generating serious revenue for this fine establishment of a publication. So in that regards, they have succeeded immensely. Now to address the essay itself, that is to say the content as well as the style of the essay. On the surface the essay seems well researched and well written in terms of grammar and spelling. However, the essay misrepresents facts which is a logical fallacy, as well as, the essay fails to consider any opposing viewpoint which is deplorable. Lee Benedict states, “Palin was the chief executive of a state canvassing more than 586,000 square miles -- Texas has 269,000 -- that borders Canada and Russia, with a budget of $6.6 billion.” I would argue that the state’s size in terms of square miles is irrelavant to her ability to serve as governor or president for that matter. The more telling statistic is that according to the 2010 census Alaska ranks 47th in terms of total state population. That is 47 out of a possible 56 qualifying areas, which includes all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and additional applicable United States territories. Alaska’s 2010 popuplation 710,231 permanent inhabitants represents less than .25 of a percent of this nation’s total population. So please be fair and not overstate her accomplishments. Moving forward, because there is too much to cover, and I am running short on time. You later state that, “President Obama lived part of his life as Barry Soetoro, and reportedly used more than a dozen Social Security numbers. Obama claims to have been born in Hawaii of two U.S. citizens -- we know they were not -- but has refused to prove he is a natural-born citizen.” I have a few suggestions for this statement. If your essay makes a report you should support this with evidence, but you do not. Later, one of your posts alludes to the suggestion that Obama is perhaps the son of Malcolm Little (Malcolm X) and Ann Dunham. This conspiracy theory contradicts your previous statement regarding his parent’s birth origins that “we know they were not (U.S. citizens).” As a suggestion, these back and forth claims severely damage the credibility of your argument. As I said I really could go on, but I would like to offer my overall summary of your essay in addition to a final grade. As an educator, I am sure that you can appreciate and understand that I will give you a C+ on your delivery of this essay. As I previously stated, its highly theatrical subject matter has, in just a few short hours, already paid dividends to the Chronicle. Unfortunately, it fails to provide sufficient evidence to suggest anything other than pure subject bias which you so clearly possess. Ironically, the essay’s title is essentially reversed in the subject matter of your essay. In the future, I suggest you heed the advice of Fox News and remain “fair and balanced.”

Let me tell you what those

Let me tell you what those stupid operatives of Obama's accomplished with all their frivolous ethics complaints, lawsuits, and hundreds of FOIA requests.

Here is some of Governor Palin's resignation speech - July 3, 2009 -

"Some say things changed for me on August 29th last year – the day John McCain tapped me to be his running-mate – I say others changed.

Let me speak to that for a minute.

Political operatives descended on Alaska last August, digging for dirt. The ethics law I championed became their weapon of choice. Over the past nine months I’ve been accused of all sorts of frivolous ethics violations – such as holding a fish in a photograph, wearing a jacket with a logo on it, and answering reporters’ questions.

Every one – all 15 of the ethics complaints have been dismissed. We’ve won! But it hasn’t been cheap – the State has wasted THOUSANDS of hours of YOUR time and shelled out some two million of YOUR dollars to respond to “opposition research” – that’s money NOT going to fund teachers or troopers – or safer roads. And this political absurdity, the “politics of personal destruction” … Todd and I are looking at more than half a million dollars in legal bills in order to set the record straight. And what about the people who offer up these silly accusations? It doesn’t cost them a dime so they’re not going to stop draining public resources – spending other peoples’ money in their game.

It’s pretty insane – my staff and I spend most of our day dealing with THIS instead of progressing our state now. I know I promised no more “politics as usual,” but THIS isn’t what anyone had in mind for ALASKA.

If I have learned one thing: LIFE is about choices!

[...]

And there is such a need to BUILD up and FIGHT for our state and our country. I choose to FIGHT for it! And I’ll work hard for others who still believe in free enterprise and smaller government; strong national security for our country and support for our troops; energy independence; and for those who will protect freedom and equality and LIFE… I’ll work for and campaign for those PROUD to be American, and those who are INSPIRED by our ideals and won’t deride them. I WILL support others who seek to serve, in or out of office, for the RIGHT reasons, and I don’t care what party they’re in or no party at all. Inside Alaska – or Outside Alaska."

Sarah Palin kept her word that day when she said to the people of Alaska "People who know me know that besides faith and family, nothing’s more important to me than our beloved Alaska. Serving her people is the greatest honor I could imagine" and "In the words of General MacArthur said, “We are not retreating. We are advancing in another direction.”

Here's the deal:

Sarah Palin was content in going home and governing the state she loved. She would have ventured down to the lower 48 every now and then for a charitable fundraiser that was clsoe and dear to her heart.

After Gov. Palin returned home, DNC operatives thought it would be funny to try and chain a governor to her desk. They thought it was funny to tell a governor to sit down and shut-up and by the way we are going to destroy your reputation and bankrupt your family too. They knew this would probably cause her not to seek reelection but they never envision in a million years that the woman would sucker punch the MFers right in the face by resigning as governor in order to move her state forward.

Anyway, Sarah Palin having a lot of free time on her hands decided it was time to wake the people up to the horrors of an Obamacare government run healthcare system. She decided to use a metaphor to describe the horrors that rationing care would lead to. That metaphor was "death panels." Since the corrupt MSM likes to spin, twist, and lie everything Sarah Palin, they ran with the metaphor "death panels" and it helped her start a year long debate on the horrors of Obamacare. That year long debate woke up a sleeping giant. That year long debate turned the American people against Obamacare and the dems. Along the way Gov. Palin put a stop to Cap and Tax but that is another story. That year long debate wake-up the Amercam people to the low life deals that were going on between the dems and the Hope and Change liar in the WH.

That year long Obamacare debate turned the House of Representatives over to the GOP. That Obamacare debate gave the GOP control of the purse strings and control of the committee that will oversee investigations into the corruption that is the Obama administration. That year long Obamacare debate turned over 900+ dems seats at the local and state level to the GOP throughout the country. That long Obamacare debate gave the GOP control of a record number of governorships.

That long Obamacare debate put lots of Pro-Life candidates that were endorsed by Palin in office. I thought I would throw the Pro-Life out there so the loons heads can start spinning some more.

That person the leftist creeps and the corrupt MSM call dumb had a very good 2010 but more important it was a very good year for our country because of her.

Kinda makes you wish that President Obama the Corpsemen had called off his attack dogs back when Sarah Palin first retured to Alaska. Just think if he had, right now Sarah Palin would be serving a second term as governor of Alaska (maybe a little write-up in the news saying Palin gets reelected). The leftist liberals would still have control of Congress and the country would be on a fast track straight to hell.

I salute the woman from the last froniter and her family.

Thank you, Governor Sarah Palin!

Sarah Palin is one of the

Sarah Palin is one of the most intellectual conservative's that ever was. She could beat the pants off of the late William F Buckley in a debate any day (if she was provided with a dictionary and translator). She is articulate, focused and easy on the eyes. She is the McDonalds hamburger of conservative politics. Easy to consume, but don't look too closely at the ingredients. And like the McD hamburger, she gives the Liberals burp fits and indigestion.
Obama is the nonfat mocha latte with whipped cream you get at Starbucks. Kind of half and half with a little extra sweet fat on top to make you enjoy some of what you paid for even though you know you are being ripped off.

Sarah Palin proponents remind

Sarah Palin proponents remind me of a church congregation who love their pastor and will fight to the end ignoring all evidence of ineptitude. (ineptitude - unskillfulness resulting from a lack of training, a lack of cognitive skill)

This article is an

This article is an embarassment to any thinking American and should not have appeared in a serious news venue. The author's "thinking" is the product of Faux Nooz and like outlets that perpetuate the birther conspiracy, Palin's so-called executive experience (in a town of 7000 people) and othere silliness presented here with indignant support of Palin.

Shame on the author for such intellectual laziness (at best) and slander. This does not deserve to be aired as anything other than a Tea Party 'ad' for Princess Twinkle Moose. It is surely not credible, except to the credulous.

Good points, I'mright.

Good points, I'mright. Obama's "official" parents are one thing, and I posted that recent article in its entirety to present a fairly reasonable scenario in the absence of the actual truth. And for those who claim that Palin is inept and all of that, in fairness, we are all human and get tongue-tied at some point. That said, Obama and Biden has displayed exponentially more gaffes and "duh huh" moments than Palin has, especially when we consider that the media still harps on Palin's missteps but ignores the CURRENT POTUS' and VPOTUS' utterly stupid remarks and struggles with Standard English and matters of fact. Obama claims that we have 57 states. But Palin is inept. Biden told his "good friend" to stand up...oopsie, he is confined to a wheelchair. Nancy Pelosi asked for Obamacare to be passed and signed into law so we can read what's in it. Yeah, Palin put a few notes on her hand. Obama took TWO teleprompters to speak with a group of 2nd grade students. No one is perfect, and gaffes signify being human. But Obama and Biden still give us them regularly. REMEMBER THIS: Palin is a civilian, Obama is not. Palin was a VP candidate, Obama was a P candidate.

In short, some folks from a page not even in the book wanted Obama to be elected; no, not the Bilderbergs, but another entity monitoring them. Not to hijack the thread, but be honest, Hillary was poised to be the Democratic candidate. In enters John Edwards knowing that his affair would surface. Why did he enter knowing that an affair was in his recent past? Hillary won New Hampshire, and had she won Iowa, forget it, momentum and money would shift her way. So Edwards' name on the Iowa ballot kept the caucus going until Obama won. Then, look at Florida and Michigan. Hillary was going to win those primaries easily. However, knowing that each state's winner would lose his/her delegates if dates were changed, the Democratic Party changed the primary dates. Everything was being geared towards Obama. His past was basically ignored when it wasn't mentioned and then spun away. Think about it; THREE years of his life's timeline is unaccounted for, he has lived using two names and 16 Social Security Numbers...think, Gary Hart, Joe Biden, Paul Tsongas, and others who have had presidential bids derailed for things far less fraudulent than Obama. Yet, Obama ascends to the top giving Chris Matthews a tingle up his leg along the way.

Disbelieving, what is

Disbelieving, what is slanderous? What is not true? Come on, tell us. You do not like fact, so you resort to the liberal modus operandi of name calling. If something written in the column were not true, you, or another Obama-lover, would have pointed it out.
1) Palin was an executive; mayor, and governor of America's largest state. FACT, deal with it.
2) What executive experience did Obama or Biden have? None. FACT, deal with it.
3) "The author's "thinking" is the product of Faux Nooz and like outlets that perpetuate the birther conspiracy". This "conspiracy" could be put to rest at any time. Has Barack Obama demonstrated that he is constitutionally eligible to be POTUS? No. FACT, Obama supported a US Senate resolution declaring that John McCain is eligible based upon his birthplace. Why no Senate inquiry and investigation into Obama's? As far as Fox News, has it produced anything that was not true regarding Obama's eligibility? No.
4) Larry Sinclair alleged using cocaine and engaging in sexual relations with Barack Obama during a limo ride. He told this to Donald Young, an open homosexual and then-Choir Director for Trinity Church, who was murdered soon after the discussion. You know Trinity...Jerry Wright. FACT, deal with it.

5) "This does not deserve to be aired as anything other than a Tea Party 'ad' for Princess Twinkle Moose. It is surely not credible, except to the credulous." Why is it not credible? Because you do not like it? It would not be credible if it were fabricated, and, since it was not, you obviously have problems with facts and reason and common sense. Furthermore, the more you left wing extremists harp on this, the more people will click the link and read about it. So please do not simply accept facts and move on...keep on whining and name calling.
