Letter: Incoherent taxing, spending

Is it fake news to say Trump talks frequently about how incredibly underfunded our military is?

Trump either wants to, or actually is redirecting billions in funding from organizations he and his supporters don’t like, such as the EPA and State Department, to our “horribly underfunded” military, right?

Despite the moves to drain funding from government organizations he and his supporters don’t like, Trump still talks all the time about how horribly underfunded our military is. If our military is so under-strength from lack of taxpayer funding, why have Trump and congressional Republicans just passed and signed into law a “tax-reform” bill that dramatically cuts almost across-the-board all the taxes that are supposed to fund our military, about which he’s so concerned?

Billionaires need massive tax relief while our military is “horribly under-funded” and is apparently going to stay that way?

Trickle down? Why would a business owner create a job without an increase in demand? I wonder if our “terribly underfunded” military would instantly create a ton of new jobs and buy lots of new goods and services with all that tax money Trump’s “tax-reform” tax-cuts are taking away. At least a little clarity, please.
