Motorists are far too lax

The correct use of turn signals; turning on headlights and wipers during wet weather; no texting or using a phone while driving – these are questions on the test for a driver’s license that must be answered correctly to pass.

But I still see drivers doing these things. So how did all these drivers pass?

These are laws that are passed to make the lawmakers look good, but I believe are never enforced until someone gets killed while doing these things.
