Foreign influence looks fishy

The U.S. Department of Defense regulates foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) for corporations doing business with the DOD and the U.S. Department of Energy’s nuclear weapons complex. Factors to determine if a corporation is under FOCI include the type and sensitivity of the information to be accessed by that corporation, and its ownership or control – in whole or in part – by a foreign government.

Foreign governments and individuals have contributed millions of dollars to Bill and Hillary Clinton through the Clinton Foundation. If Hillary and Bill Clinton, doing business as the Clinton Foundation, won contracts with the DOD, DOE or other technology-sensitive U.S. government agencies, I believe their dealings with the government and access to sensitive and classified information would be closely controlled and possibly restricted to protect U.S. interests and security under the FOCI regulations.

If Hillary Clinton is elected president, only God and Bill Clinton know what control and influence over the U.S. economy, technology, security and foreign policy those foreign interests – who paid for her election and own her – will have.
