Only 19 percent voter turnout for 2014 primary elections in Columbia County; so that means 81 percent were too lazy or indifferent.

That is why, ladies and gentlemen, we have so many incompetent government leaders and inefficient agencies.

You're assuming that the outcome would have been different had 85% of the electorate voted.

The reason why is because good men and women are hard to find.
