Time to repeal Obamacare

What if you were sold a service contract that turned out to cost much more than you were told because of included services you didn’t want or need? And those services you did need would not be performed by the promised provider? This would clearly be false and deceptive advertising, justifying cancellation of the contract.

Well, that is exactly what has happened with Obamacare. President Obama and the writers of Obamacare planned from the beginning that millions of people would lose their policies and their doctors, and would pay much more in premiums and deductibles. This was why Sen. Max Baucus of Montana, a Democrat involved in the writing of it, said, “This will be a train wreck.” But it was the only way to avoid unacceptable tax increases that would have killed Obamacare even in a Democrat-controlled House and Senate.

So it was written to pass on the cost of insuring all the uninsured to the presently insured in the form of much higher premiums and deductibles. There is no free lunch – unless you are a welfare recipient, an exempted union worker or a member of Congress or congressional staff member.

Obama’s modus operandi is that when the truth doesn’t play to his political advantage, he spins lies and repeats them with great false sincerity: “If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. If you like your health care plan, you’ll be able to keep your health care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.” And when his lies are found out, he spins more lies to cover the lies he has already told:
“(W)hat we said was you can keep it if it hasn’t changed since the law passed.”

It is now time for repeal. No fixes can ever make work this thing that was conceived in corruption, lies and deceit.
