Ponder violence here, abroad

We have all seen hundreds of pictures and TV news stories reporting of the destruction of the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya. Has it not occurred to the news businesses, including The Augusta Chronicle, that pictures before the attack would be of interest to us?

Another comment: In view of the nighttime criminal attacks on Augusta’s Riverwalk, I trust the hotels and nighttime businesses in that area are alerting their guests to that serious danger.

UNSAFE to walk the streets of Augusta after dark? They might leave and not return? Your profits would fall? Countyman would beat you with a wet noodle?
