Obama insulting to women

  • Follow Letters

I think President Obama has insulted the intelligence of women all over the country.

While on the TV show called The View, he told everyone that he was just there as “ eye candy,” which should tell you that he thinks he’s God’s gift to women.

News reports say that he has the approval of women and college-age voters. He looks younger, so they consider him a hip equal and someone they can relate to – but is he?

He is 51 years old and not a product of their generation, and what they failed to see thus far are the lies he tells in his speeches.

He said that he would cut the deficit in half in his first term; he did not. He added $6 trillion to it.

He said that he would fix the immigration problem; he didn’t, even though he had full control of the House and Senate for the first two years.

He said he would have an open administration; he didn’t.

He promised to have his health-care bill online for all to read before he signed it; he didn’t.

He said he would close the Guantanamo Bay prison for terrorists; he didn’t.

He said he would bring everyone together; instead, he has divided this country by instigating class warfare between the rich and poor.

One of the biggest lies he has told is in regard to Libya. He told the American people that the embassy attacks in Libya were about a film that insulted Muhammad. We were told it was a spontaneous protest that got out of hand; it was not, and because of his negligence people were killed.

Obama thinks that women will ignore the facts and vote with their hearts. That, to me, is insulting.

What is insulting to me is the above diatribe. Women who care about equal opportunity, reproductive rights, comprehensive health care will support the President. A vote for Romney is a vote for deceit, bigotry, and an exploding national debt.

Insulting to Women?

Let me get this straight...the President is insulting to women because he made a joke?

If you were a woman, there would be some validity to the above. With that said, all you did was make a single statement about a joke the President made and then regurgitate the same tired arguments.

If anyone is insulting to women, I would say you are with your self righteous and fallacious advocacy.

Another right wing cry baby who suckles from the teats of ignorance and racial prejudice. The AC makes a fine play pin for this sort. Don't you think?

Obama just can't help it.

eye candy. —n. 1. a person who is or people considered highly attractive to look at, often implying that they are but lacking in intelligence or depth.

Obama just can't help it. It's always about him. He is trying to hide it more now that he has been called on it so often.
I totally agree with the letter writer that saying he "is there as eye candy" is humiliating to say the least.

I wish someone would ask Romney

if he's ever secretly wished he could be the polygamist his grandfather was. He wouldn't answer truthfully, of course, but the look on his face as he struggles to answer just might be priceless.

Women in Obama's White House

Women in Obama's White House get paid less than men! http://dailycaller.com/2012/10/16/obama-touts-fair-pay-for-women-despite... Then there was the little snippet where one female staffer, Anita Dunn who said “This place would be in court for a hostile workplace. ... Because it actually fit all of the classic legal requirements for a genuinely hostile workplace to women.”

The author says it true, the real war on women is being waged now in the form of economic calamity and dependence upon China for loans because we are flat broke. Actually it is not a war on just women, it is a war on all decent working Americans. I'm not sure what it is about us decent people Obama hates so much but if he could we would all be crushed under his foot and the entitlement crowd would reign supreme. Let us vote in Romney and end this madness that has infected our country before it is too late.

I am female and Obama WILL NOT get my vote!

The Libya lie just took him over the top! He has been using women, gays, and minorities the last few months in order to try to once again lie his way into office. I say he has gotta GO! We need some new blood in there because someone can't possibily do any worse! I really don't know how all these PRO-Obama people can really say we are better off than four years ago and if you do think so what rock have you been hiding under!

As to the "joke" comment!

Obama is the ONLY president other than that joke Clinton who makes his way around the "talk show" circuts on a regular basis. Doesn't he have a COUNTRY to RUN?! How does he have so much time to do the talk show rounds and vacation as much as he does!? I have no respect for someone who pretends to be "hip" so he can get the young vote. Young people better wake up or they are going to have 4 more years to let it really sink in what terrible shape our country is in.

Obama is of a patriarchial

Obama is of a patriarchial ethnicity:http://worldpulse.com/node/53506 Obama appeals to womens womb not their intellect which is demeaning. He thinks appealing to their vagina trumps their brains. He has created this strawman of protecting womens reproductive rights-which there is no threat to Roe vs Wade however states will continue to regulate this process as the SCOTUS decreed. Women aren't being denied birth control or health care. His comments of eye candy just demonstrates his egocentric and patriarchial attitudes-and he still pays his female employees less than males. He talks the talk but doesn't walk it.

"A vote for Romney is a vote for deceit, bigotry, and an exploding national debt." Once again I will ask for facts to back up this accusation....but I won't get any.

But let's break it down for the current President.

Deceit: Numerous proven lies not the least of which being the Libya lies.

Bigotry: Just read his book to see how he wouldn't tell people his mother's race, or referred to her as a "typical white woman."

Exploding debt: That term is synonomous with the Obama Administration.

Obama will not get THIS woman's vote, because I believe it is I who is responsible for me, not the Government. I don't expect anyone to be forced to pay for anything that I want, or need for that matter. I also don't believe that a woman has the right to "choose" to kill a child, regardless of where that child is located. "My body, my choice" loses it's validity when there is a second body that is being harmed.

Obama is all about dividing everyone into groups.

Obama divides everyone into groups and tries to appeal to the groups interest. Women, blacks, gays, hispanics, the poor etc. He tells them they are victims of another group and he is on their side and will make thing "even'. He tells them they can't make it on their own, they need the federal government. He and the democratic party are and always have been divisive.

Liberals need the Federal government.

Liberals do need the Federal Government to survive. Liberals make all of the decisions in life based on emotion and not facts and when the fail they turn to the government and the government is all to eager to take care of them, with other peoples money.

reasons men and women are different. Women, in most cases, prefer glitzy, frilly and are less pragmatic. Many of today's men prefer glitzy, frilly and swishy and are not pragmatic. Where did that come from? Women, you can not save the world if you don't know how to defend it. Did I step on any toes?

I have never had a male do that other than politicians. And that is what they do. They either tellyou to vote for them or they buy the vote in some way, or both.

Never had a family member try to influence me. Do you really think that is a real prroblem, fedex?
