Probe Sandusky's enablers

  • Follow Letters

To its credit, however woefully belated, Penn State has opened itself to an investigation of its role with regard to Jerry Sandusky’s child abuse, and is taking steps to prevent abuse from occurring again at the university. To date, it is the only organization related to the Sandusky scandal to do so.

Most of Sandusky’s victims had no connection with the university. They are being ignored in the media outcry. Every person, agency and organization involved in making Sandusky’s abuse possible should be investigated and held accountable.

All of his victims deserve justice – not just the few that produce sensational headlines.

Would look nice strapped to an electric chair. And so would all who enabled him during his crime spree.

Some people say that he killed no one so talk of execution is rhetoric from extremists.

Well: "We do not always survive those things which do not kill us." He killed kids - multiple times. He ruined their lives. He ruined their faith in humanity. He took their innocence.

He should be punished just like a serial murderer.

The Monster

It's a shame that this monster and all his enablers ruined not only the innocence of the children that were abused but also the athletes that made the decision to go to Penn State to play ball. The athletes are innocent of these crimes yet they will have to live with all the sanctions the NCAA has levied against the institution.
I would transfer to any other school where I could play,
Penn State got the death penalty when it comes to recruting.
I know I would rather go to the worst community college in the country before I applied to Penn State!
