Reactionaries set up to fail

Even in the Roaring Twenties, many experienced extreme hardship that private charity could never overcome. The magnificent FDR overcame the reactionaries of his time with the equally magnificent New Deal, to which the Fair Deal, the New Frontier, the Great Society and the New Covenant made the nation even better for all Americans!

Stop with any silly and dangerous prattle about how you had no help when you certainly did from some level of government! Why visit your hardship on others?

Chief Justice John Roberts rendered the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act the way to that more abundant life!

The mandate only falls on about 1 percent of people – the would-be free riders who can pay for their own insurance. Other people and small businesses will receive subsidies to pay adequately for their private insurance. Once the exchanges come into play in 2014, then people and businesses get to pay less, because they can opt to get insurance more to their liking.

Most Americans love most parts of this magnificent act; their aversion to the mandate is now moot. Already it’s 46 percent to 46 percent for and against it, and the “for” surely will rise above 60 percent soon.

The Koch brothers and other reactionary plutocrats and con-job-servatives do not run this Union! We the people will win again in November with re-elected Barack Hussein Obama!

Gov. Willard M. Romney cannot win by lying! Yes, the Republican bait-and-switch scam will lose! Again, it’s more real spending power for all with us Democrats!

As one libertarian website notes, Scandinavians enjoy a relatively free market, despite what the late U.S. Sen. Barry Goldwater prattled. And Ronald Reagan erred colossally in 1961 when he denounced proposed Medicare.

Reactionaries, denounce and weep! Your nonsense will fail in November! Reactionary lying ads will fail!
