Sheriff needs street smarts

  • Follow Letters

Candidates for sheriff need a high-school diploma, common sense and street smarts.

CANDIDATES

I am a retired state of Georgia law enforcement officer with a four-year college degree from the University of Georgia. I used common sense and street smarts in my job far more than my degree.

Therefore, I am endorsing Robbie Silas for Richmond County sheriff. He has all the necessary qualifications for a great sheriff.

A THOUSAND thumbs up for this article! Also, I (For one) am very excited to FINALLY see a positive article in the AC regarding Sheriff's candidate Lt. Robbie Silas! INTEGRITY and HONESTY is what Lt. Silas is about and exactly what Richmond County needs within the Sheriff's Department and in Richmond County! Go Lt. Robbie Silas, you have MORE citizens (And employees) behind you than you think! And you won them, their hearts, and their votes by being honest and open with them all (And you didnt have to buy anything in return *wink* *wink*).....

Your education and degree had more to do with your "street smarts" than you realize.
