Who robs the homeless?

I heard that at Garden City Rescue Mission, a homeless person lost his laptop Acer computer. It seams that a person off the street came in for Bible study and just walked out with it.

You know, that is a real crime – to steal from a homeless person. Yes, all the reports have been filed and there is a video, but as yet no arrest. It just seems a shame that even in a mission this could happen.
