Congratulations to Rick McKee for finishing second in the United Nations Political Cartoons competition for 2011 by the United Nations Correspondents Association and the U.N. Society of Writers and Artists. The CSRA and The Augusta Chronicle are fortunate to have such a talented editorial cartoonist in residence.
