Your generosity helped many

On behalf of the Salvation Army of Greater Augusta, we want to thank you for your support during the past year, especially during the Christmas season.

Through your donations of time and gifts, in the past year the Salvation Army of Greater Augusta was able to serve more than 120,000 meals to those who were hungry, and provide almost 40,000 nights of shelter to those with no safe place to rest. Because of your generosity, just last week we were able to provide Christmas gifts to 2,352 needy children who otherwise might not have had any Christmas gifts at all.

We pledge to you to continue our mission in 2012 and beyond. Thank you for your support, and we wish you all a safe and happy new year.

Capt. Todd Mason
