Cheapen human life? Sure, why not?

A sarcasm alert for those who don't understand sarcasm: This message apparently is approved by the Democratic Party.

We should allow abortion to kill more children. Why? Because they are obnoxious. Because they are bad for the environment with all those diapers filling up the landfills. Because they give off CO2 and methane gas.

They deprive parents of their freedom to do whatever they want. They imprison parents in meaningless jobs to support the little nippers, then burden them for college tuition. These little tax deductions deprive our government of precious monetary resources to support more abortions.

It is cheaper to kill the little beggars than to raise them. So let us thumb our nose at God. Forget humanity and praise abortion on demand.

Satellite TV, multiple cell

Satellite TV, multiple cell phones, fast food, High def, $100 "chucks", computers, Ipads, internet connections, etc. Yep, the middle class has really been hammered over the last 40 yrs.

I disagree with your premise

I disagree with your premise that two incomes are a necessity. It's a choice between owning three TVs and a Lexus or raising your kids. Additionally, many women today have a desire to work outside the home, need or not. You will get the last word, I'm out.

A woman is more than a fetus.

A woman is more than a fetus. There is an argument these days that a fetus is a "person" and deserves the same right as us. It's been argued for centuries. Despite the cries of deserved person-hood, even if the fetus did have legally mandated person-hood abortion should still be permitted. No human being - born or otherwise - has the right to use another's body against their will. Our society has recognized that each woman must be able to make this decision based on her own conscience. A law defining a fetus as a "person" granting it rights superior to a woman's diminishes women. Fetus' are not children. Abortion is not murder. A woman is NOT an incubator.

If a fetus is allowed to use a woman's body against her will, does that mean a man can use her body sexually against her will? Does that mean a person who needs blood can just up and force a woman to give her blood? Where does it stop? You can't give a fetus rights that NO OTHER HUMAN, person or otherwise has.

If you want there to be no more abortions then put your energies toward creating a world where women don't have to make that difficult choice. Create programs that provide day care, education, job training. Keep the jobs secure for when the woman needs to stay home with a sick kid. Give them an opportunity to be able to have an unplanned pregnancy AND make something of themselves. Make it a felony for anyone to desert a child without paying support.

The problem is that most people who want to ban abortion also want to ban welfare benefits.

The letter is not about

The letter is not about adoption, it is pertaining to a life being taken so lightly. Don't want it? Kill it!...
Shame on anyone who would approve of such carrying on.
Life is the most precious thing given us...value it, a liftetime is short and you get only one.

RA I might be expecting the impossible but I still have hopes for the human race, and their recognition for the sanctity of life.
