Thomas flap is just liberal claptrap

The controversy surrounding Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as the keynote speaker for the dedication of the Augusta Judicial Center and Judge John H. Ruffin Courthouse is a classic example of liberal, left-wing socialism that permeates our society.

I call it liberal logic. Justice Thomas was born in poverty and worked his way to the very top of his profession. He needed no handouts from government, and because of this, he is a target for every liberal ideologue who claims they and society can't make it without handouts. The motto of these progressives should be "Gimme gimme gimme."

Instead of the suggested speaking substitutes mentioned by Augusta NAACP President Charles Smith (Vice President Joe Biden; Reps. John Conyers and Sheila Jackson Lee; and Sen. Patrick Leahy), may I suggest some more fitting candidates? How about Rep. Maxine Waters? Or Rep. Charlie Rangel, or maybe former Rep. William Jefferson of cold hard cash fame? They are the bright, shining stars of the progressive movement.

I suggest both Mallory Millender and Dr. Smith attend Justice Thomas' address. They, as well as everyone else, could learn a great deal.

Yes, Mr. Taylor, the baseless complaints from the left side of the fence are pretty ugly. Most were made by the enslaved subsidy Dems that feel enslavement is an honor and a right that all black people should claim ... by choice.
They make no sense.

I seem to remember a little claptrap from the right about a sitting President giving a commencement speech at Notre Dame. I'm sure Mr. Taylor supported Notre Dame in it's invitation to the President.

Justice Thomas is not black

Justice Thomas is not black enough for NAACP plus he's a Conservative. Leftist liberals feel threatened by a Conservative message because the truth will be told which liberals have a problem with.
